Terrible because I did not get access information and had to find alternative accomodation

host did not provide access information and stopped communicating with me after I paid the deposit. I tried messaging through VRBO where I booked the stay and called the numbers provided but was not able to reach anybody. Since I could not get into the property I had to book another hotel room somewhere else. Very disappointing
