The entrance hallway with its full-length windows and wall-mounted LED ribbon lighting immediately sets the tone of light, space, and ambience provided throughout this stunning contemporary home.

The dining living area has bi-folding doors leading out onto a sun trap walled patio area and this room in turn connects to the individually bespoke Italian kitchen, the whole provides the heart of the home with an ideal entertaining space for both guests and day-to-day family living alike.

The kitchen benefits from Bosch integrated appliances, composite stone work surfaces, hot water tap and a breakfast bar, accentuating the entertaining atmosphere with feature concealed LED lighting to the ceiling; a separate utility room provides a further sink, washing machine and tumble drier.

The principal room is a generous size and provides a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

A cloakroom completes the downstairs accommodation.

The solid oak stairs lead up to a good-sized hallway with built-in office space/desk. There are three bedrooms, one of which with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, as well as a family bathroom.

A block paved driveway provides parking for two cars and there is also a rear garden.
