Lovely spot for a vacation with friends

We stayed here over a long weekend with some friends, the apartment was perfect for a group of people traveling together, everything was clean and worked. Would stay here again.

The property was clean and well stocked, towels on the small side but brought our own bath sheets. Very noisy location making it difficult too sleep until after the pubs had turned out There is a pub(very noisy) backing onto the parking area, which was difficult to get out of if all spaces were occupied The turning space was short due to the pub having an industrial sink unit and chairs placed there. It was up four flight of stairs so anyone with mobility issues this was a problem 2 of our guests struggled to get up and down to the property. Didn't realise this until we arrived Wouldn't recommend this one if you want a quiet nights rest or health difficulties

Week in Broughty Ferry

Lovely place in middle of Broughty Ferry. And the family have done a lot of work to present a lovely flat. NB. re parking - luckily the carport for Flat 2 was not occupied, allowing us to turn our car and allow driving out. Otherwise, we would have had to reverse out from parking slot to entrance. NBB. Shower in top floor room - very hot and no means to adjust!!
