Modern, sumptuous guest suite near the sea with easy parking and close to A3/M27

Located in a quiet area of Emsworth near the sea, Emsworth Guest Suite is a tranquil coastal escape. It has a sumptuous king-size bed, comfortable sofa bed and luxury shower room with modern fixtures and spacious shower.

Professionally designed, it is furnished to provide luxurious accommodation for singles, couples or a small family/group. The comfy sofa bed is a small double which accommodates 2 children or 1 adult. Travel cot available. Please request when booking if required.

The room has a stylish breakfast bar with 2 high stools, doubling up as a practical work space. Crockery and cutlery are provided in the kitchenette area along with a microwave and a small under counter fridge. There is no kitchen sink.

A light breakfast is left in the room and we are happy to discuss any additional catering you might need. Lottie is a professional chef and has provided supper and full breakfasts in previous BnB's she has run.

The accommodation is accessed via your own door.

Very pleasant short stay

Very pleasant stay. Lottie made us feel very welcome, and the extensive breakfast starter pack including fresh fruit was a great additional bonus.

Had a fantastic stay, the guesthouse is very clean and comfortable for a weekend break. The breakfast bits were a lovely touch and Lottie was great at communicating with us ahead of our arrival. Location was fab with pubs and cafes only a short walk away and beaches a short drive

The guest suite was exactly as described. Lottie even changed bedding to ensure no feathers in room due to allergy. The breakfast items were great and saved rushing out to find something to eat first thing in the morning. An ideal place to explore the area.
