The space

The open-plan living room and dining area features a comfortable sofa (which converts to a double bed and can sleep an additional  guest), a large flat screen TV (40’’), air-conditioning which cools the whole apartment and a 4-seater dining table.

The living room also has access to a balcony with park view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, electric oven with cooktop, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, kitchenware and crockery for easy meal preparation.

There is natural gas heating.

The railway station is at 5.5kms, the Makedonia International airport is 12.5kms away. All amenities including supermarkets, greengrocers, bakery, cakeshops, pharmacy, banks, fast food outlets are at a distance of no more than 100-150mtrs from the property. The seaside esplanade is just 300m away. Restaurants, tavernas and cafes are an easy 10mins walk. A bus stop is located just steps from the apartment.
