This newly built house is located in Perini, 15 km away from Porec and only 3 kilometres from the historic town of Sveti Lovreč. The house is modernly decorated, and it can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms with a shower. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, equipped with a comfortable double bed and a Satellite TV. The outdoor area of the house features a private pool, ideal for a refreshing swim on sunny days, along with a jacuzzi and outdoor shower located on the terrace. There are also deckchairs in the yard as well as a spacious terrace with a large dining table. Private parking is available in the yard. Villa "Perini" is an ideal destination for families and friends who want to relax and enjoy the beauty of Istria!
