Welcome Travellers to our charming apartment in the heart of Isla, where traditional charm meets comfort. This gem is situated on a quaint narrow street, providing ample an authentic Maltese experience.

You will find a cosy living area where it can also convert into a sofa bed, for extra guests. The main bedroom features a double bed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep.

The private balcony opens up into the narrow street, perfect with sensational views of the port.

Bedrooms| 1 Bedrooms, including a double bed. For over and above 2 guests, we will open the sofa bed for another 2 extra guests.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

· Shower gels
· Liquid Soap
· Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
· Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
· Garbage bags
· Linens for the bed
· 2 Towels per person
