You will find a cosy living area where it can also convert into a sofa bed, for extra guests. The main bedroom features a double bed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep.

The private balcony opens up into the narrow street, perfect with sensational views of the port.

One of the highlights of our apartment is the private balcony that opens up to the narrow traditional street of Isla. Sip your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening while soaking in the local atmosphere.

Kitchen| The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare delicious meals. Whether you're enjoying a quick breakfast at the breakfast bar or hosting a dinner party in the dining area, this kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires.

Bedrooms| 1 Bedrooms, including a double bed. For over and above 2 guests, we will open the sofa bed for another 2 extra guests.

Bathrooms | 1 Bathroom equipped with a shower and a toilet.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed.

Laundry| Apartments have access to the washing machine, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

Getting around Isla/Senglea is both convenient and charming, offering various modes of transportation that allow you to explore the neighborhood and its surroundings:

Ferry Services:
Isla is well-connected to other parts of the Grand Harbour through ferry services. Enjoy a scenic ferry ride to Valletta, the capital city, or neighboring Birgu (Vittoriosa). The short journey provides stunning views of the harbor and is a delightful way to travel.

Water Taxis:
For a more personalized and direct experience, consider using water taxis. These can take you to different points around the Grand Harbour, providing a unique perspective of the historic waterfront.

Walking:
Isla's compact size makes it perfect for exploring on foot. Wander through the narrow streets, discover hidden gems, and take in the local atmosphere at a leisurely pace. The waterfront promenade is especially enjoyable for a scenic stroll.

Public Transport:

Car Hire:
If you prefer the flexibility of having your own transport, car hire services are available. However, keep in mind that Isla's narrow streets may be more suitable for pedestrians and smaller modes of transport.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

· Shower gels
· Liquid Soap
· Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
· Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
· Garbage bags
· Linens for the bed
· 2 Towels per person
