Very good accommodation but unacceptable check-in
There’s really nothing to fault when it comes to the property itself — the location is absolutely lovely, the view is stunning, and the flat is well-equipped with plenty of modern amenities. It might not be a full 120 square meters as advertised, but it’s still a very comfortable space.
That said, the check-in process was a complete nightmare. We lost over two hours just trying to get access to the flat, as everything relies on automated systems that simply don’t work. In the end, we had to wait an unreasonable amount of time before a human finally got involved — only to treat us as if we were clueless.
When we eventually got inside, there was no electricity. It took us another 30 minutes of searching before we discovered the fuse box, which had been hidden behind a picture frame. The person responsible couldn’t even give us clear directions to find it. After more than two hours of faffing about, we finally managed to settle in.
It was a frustrating waste of our holiday time — the over-reliance on automation, especially when it doesn’t work properly, is just unacceptable. Also, a word of warning for check-out: since everything is automated, make sure you leave exactly on time or you’ll be charged.
