Gartavon in Newport, Pembrokeshire, sleeps five in three bedrooms.

Gartavon is a semi-detached cottage complete with a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV and woodburning stoves. The bedrooms include a double, twin and a single, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is a lawned garden with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop and pub and within 2.4 miles there is a beach and please note two well behaved dogs are allowed, but that this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Gartavon is a wonderful escape to Pembrokeshire, whatever time of year. Note: Garden is accessed via steep stone steps. Note: Dogs are not allowed on soft furnishings or on beds.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer. TV, WiFi and selection of books, games and jigsaws. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for 2 cars (for a medium sized car in the garage and for a small car to park across the front of the garage). Lawned garden with picnic table. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 0.2 miles, beach 2.4 miles. Note: The staircase splits with the bathroom at the rear of the cottage, this may not be suitable for all. Note: Garden is accessed via steep stone steps. Note: Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms (a stairgate is provided). Note: Logs are not provided but are available to buy in local shops and garages.

Town: Newport is a beautiful coastal town in Pembrokeshire, south west Wales lying on the River Nevern with a selection of shops, pubs, tea rooms, plus an excellent golf course overlooking the sea as well as a lovely sheltered harbour. Newport lies on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path which is renowned worldwide for its unique landscape and wonderful opportunities to go dolphin and seal spotting. Wonderful coastal walks along the path or in the nearby Preseli Hills with the ever changing scenery are a walkers dream all year round. Learn about history when you visit the mills, craft centres and castles dotted around the county or spend a day at the wonderful Castell Henllys Iron Age Fort where you can learn hands on all about living during that time. See the majestic Shire Horses at the Shire Horse Farm or spend relaxing days on the huge choice of beautiful sandy beaches. All year round this is a perfect location for all the family.
