This dependance of Podere Sionne is a romantic open space, perfect to accomodate up to 4 persons in a double bed plus a french bed, facing the fireplace and Tv. The house is surrounded by soft rolling Tuscan hills.

The main room is separated by an open wall with a arc, dividing the sleeping area by the dining area. The small kitchen, all open with glass windows looking the flowergarden, is also well equiped with a dishwasher, fridge, 4 point gas, small oven, american coffee machine and much more. Just outside the kitchen is protected terrace with table and barbecue to enjoy the quite of outside living. The bathroom is with tub-shower, Wc, bidet, washing machine and wardrobe room.
Just outside near the kitchen is a small terrace to enjoy outdoor lunch/diner.

In the same propery is the villa that might be rented, so you divide the parking places.

From october till aprile the costs for heating are calculated separatedly on base of use at 4,50€/m3.
