A charming 45-square-meter apartment located on the third floor (with an lift) of a building in the classic Old Milan style.<br><br>The apartment is strategically located for easy access to the city’s major attractions and is very close to city centre.<br><br>High-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning make it ideal for those who need to work remotely.<br><br>Numerous restaurants and trendy nightspots set the scene for this elegant area.<br><br>THE SPACE<br><br>The apartment, which has recently been renovated, overlooks the inner courtyard and features 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, 1 bathroom, a living room with a dining area and a kitchenette, and can accommodate up to 4 people, two of whom can sleep on the sofa bed.<br><br>The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for cooking: induction cooktops, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.<br><br>The bathroom has a shower.<br><br>The apartment also includes a washing machine.<br><br>Three days before your arrival, you will be sent a link to register your documents (required by law).<br><br>As soon as registration is complete, you will receive a second link, complete with a video and instructions, allowing you to access the apartment completely independently via self-check-in.<br><br>We recommend that you watch the video before arriving at the property.<br><br>You must always submit a request for stays longer than 30 days. If your request is approved, you will need to sign a contract, provide documentation proving the temporary nature of your stay, and have an Italian tax ID number.<br><br>To ensure a pleasant stay without any surprises, we invite you to read the following important information.<br><br>CHECK-IN<br><br>Detailed check-in instructions will be sent to you after your reservation is confirmed.<br><br>GUEST REGISTRATION<br><br>In accordance with Italian law, all guests must provide a valid form of identification, which will be reported to the public safety authorities.<br><br>STAYS LONGER THAN 30 NIGHTS<br><br>The reservation is subject to approval.<br><br>You will be required to sign a lease agreement.<br><br>Documentation proving the temporary nature of the stay is required.<br><br>A registration fee applies for the lease agreement:<br><br>€100 + VAT for guests with an Italian Tax ID;<br><br>€150 + VAT for guests without an Italian Tax ID.<br><br>A security deposit of €500 is also required, which will be refunded at the end of the stay, subject to an inspection of the apartment’s condition.<br><br>HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING<br><br>Heating: available from October 15 to April 15, for up to 13 hours per day, between 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., with a maximum temperature of 19°C (tolerance of +2°C), as required by current regulations.<br><br>Air conditioning: generally available from June 1 through September 30, depending on outdoor weather conditions.
