Alles in Allem eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Sehr ruhig an einer schmalen Seitenstraße gelegen. Dadurch etwas schwer zu finden. An der angegebenen Hausnummer finden man den Eingang nicht. Man muss um den Häuserblock herum in die schmale Seitenstraße. Die Agentur hat aber dabei geholfen, die Wohnung zu finden.Positiv:- sehr ruhige Lage- Der Wintergarten ist genial. Durch die großflächig zu öffnenden Fenster mit Fliegengitter sitzt man abends quasi im Freien, aber ohne Mückenplage.- Fliegengitter auch an allen anderen Fenstern- Man kann den gegenüberliegenden Pavillion zum Grillen mitbenutzen.- Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. - Der nächste Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenfalls ein kleiner Supermarkt.- Njivice ist ein guter Ausgangsort, um die Insel Krk zu erkundenNegativ:- Kein Satelliten-TV, nur kroatische Kanäle- Ein Einzelbett im zweiten Schlafzimmer quietscht sehr laut, das andere geht.- Das Doppelbett ist sehr "wabbelig", wenn man zu zweit darauf liegt. Ist aber auch Geschmackssache- Kaffeemaschine nur mit Pads
