Better suited to 2 guests?

The 2 double bedrooms and ensuites are generously sized, clean and modern. The living space is very poorly furnished for 4; one 2 seater sofa (not as in photo) and 2 forks. The location is ideal for central Norwich and train station, but the kerb appeal leaves a poor first impression.
