A modern, beautifully decorated three bedroom townhouse, sleeping up to five, ideally located in Harbourside Park, with harbour views towards Brownsea Island. Just moments' walk to Poole Quay with its many bars and restaurants.
It comprises a ground floor living room and dining area with direct access to the rear courtyard and a separate kitchen. Also on this level the cloakroom facility. On the first floor, there is the Master Bedroom (5ft kingsize bed or twin beds). Second bedroom (twin beds or 5ft kingsize double bed). Third bedroom (raised to 1m 3ft single bed) with balcony and views across the harbour. Family bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
Parking - Two off-road parking spaces to the rear of the property.
Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central heating. Hairdryer.
Technology - 43 inch Smart TV in Living Room. WIFI. Radio. CD player.
Kitchen - Fridge/freezer, electric oven, 4 ring induction hob, slimline dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer.
Restrictions - No smoking. Pets permitted (one small dog).
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
