Welcome to your modern two floor coastal maisonette. Our vibrant 3 bedroom home sleeps 6 and features a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms - one with a luxurious steam shower and Bluetooth audio. Relax in the stylish living space or step outside to a private garden with outdoor furniture, perfect for unwinding. Free on-street parking makes your stay easy. Just a short trip to the beach, shops, and restaurants - this is the perfect getaway for families, friends, or couples.

Our maisonette has three bedrooms in total. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a king size bed and the other with a bunk bed. This floor shares the master bathroom that is recently renovated to include a steam shower cabin with Bluetooth for the ultimate shower experience!

The second floor is the third private bedroom for perfect relaxation with a Smart TV and attached ensuite.

There is a large living room with a wall mounted Smart TV and dining area comfortable to accommodate all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and washing and has all the essential amenities.

Downstairs leads to the garden area which has outdoor furniture perfect for relaxing.

There is a strict no party / event policy at the property.

Free parking is available on the streets outside the property.

We offer self check in with a lockbox on site and will send all the codes plus other useful information on the day of your arrival.

Beware, amenities that are listed are not there. The kitchen was disgusting, dirty drawers, only 2 hobs working (someone else reviewed the same in August), 1 coffee cup that is chipped and gross, mold around the washing machine, toothpaste spit from past guests on the plant in the bathroom, Tv balancing on the wall and like others have said, toilet unsafe for children. Property also smells and there is so much noise from drunk people outside nightly. The space is good for a family, but expect to have to eat out. No hairdryer first 2 days of the trip but the owner did sort. If you are looking for a uni student like pad for a night and do not care for cleanliness, this property would be fine but certainly overpriced. If you want a home from home for your holiday, stay away from here!! Certainly wouldnt recommend.

1) The lack of household items such as toilet rolls and black bags - which we had to buy from the convenient store. This was not great. 2) When you flush the toilet upstairs, water gushed out of the pipe which leaves a very unpleasant smell in the bedroom next to the bathroom/ toilet area. The toilet is very lose. 3) Some of the kitchen hobs was not working. Only 2 out of the 4 hobs was functioning. 4) There was no microwave 5) The toilet seat downstairs was very unstable - one of the children almost fell into the toilet 6) The entrance key latch is very loose and this poses a security risk. 7) To be honest the accommodation is not suited for a family with children - more for a single person. 8) The loft conversion ceiling is too low. Adults can easily bump their heads on ceiling. 9) One of the windows in the main bedroom downstairs does not close properly. We frequent Bournemouth and have had great experience with air n bs in the past but we have not had an experience like this. Although my children had a lovely holiday, but in terms of accommodation, this was not comfortable for us. The beddings was very neat, location was great.
