A beautifully restored Large farmhouse with garden

Ground floor: The large and imposing hallway features original slate floors and opens onto the dining room on the left and the lounge on the right.  Both these bright and airy rooms have an original stone fireplaces that are a mirror image of each other that were uncovered during the restoration process.

The lounge offers a large Smart TV, log burner, board games, a variet of books and comfortable sofas for relaxation. The separate dining room has a bespoke bar area that includes a wine cooler, smart TV and a large dining table to seat 16.

The family sized kitchen features original restored oak beams and a large modern central island. Relax with a drink and enjoy the view through the large picture window with a comfy seat overlooking the courtyard.
The well thought out kitchen has a Belfast sink, induction hob, electric cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher and leads onto a utility room with washing machine and a separate cloak room and toilet.

First floor: On the first floor, there are four bedrooms, three are ensuite and there is a separate family bathroom.  Two of the main bedrooms feature an original slate fireplace and have Smart TVs.‍

Climb the oak stairs onto the Second Floor where there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom with a large shower, bath, basin and toilet.
This imposing and beautifully restored farmhouse showcases original features including slate flagstone floors and stone fireplaces.

Outside there is a garden dedicated to the farmhouse – great for lawn games and sitting to enjoy the magnificent countryside.

The farmhouse also provides a hot tub, sauna, cold plunge bath and a sheltered seating area with a log burner for cosy evenings. The farmhouse is styled with modern rustic décor and enjoys large open comfortable rooms that have been thoughtfully fitted with everything to provide a wonderful holiday experience.
