Experience the charm of coastal Maine from this newly renovated second-story, three-bedroom private guest suite, just two doors down from the beautiful, sandy shores of Hills Beach. You’ll be only steps from the ocean, with easy access to the Saco River and some of the area’s best tides.

This spacious, private suite features a full kitchen, comfortable living room, and its own second-level deck entrance with ocean views. Located on a quiet dead-end road that leads directly to the beach, it’s the perfect place for a peaceful getaway or extended stay.

Enjoy the outdoor yard space, ideal for relaxing or dining at the picnic table. High-speed mesh Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected, and private off-street parking is provided via a shared driveway. A larger parcel of yard space sits adjacent to a fenced area if the separate 4-bedroom main house (listed under #1294601), occasionally occupied.

Conveniently located just 15 minutes from Old Orchard Beach, 20 minutes from Kennebunkport, 25 minutes to Portland, and a short 10-minute walk to the University of New England.

Now booking for UNE student housing (August–May) for the 2027 Fall Semester. Space is limited and fills quickly, early inquiries encouraged!

What a dream place. We have been so lucky to go here for over 6 years and it always delights. It is bright, beachy, clean, and comfy. The deck has views of the water and it is right on the street to the beach (500ft away). The tide pools are so much fun. There are no big waves and shallower water for kids, but Deep enough to swim. Beach is private and always fun. Never crowded. The jetti is so cool yo walk on. The owners are kind and accommodating. They have a beautiful home. Last it is so close to Saco, Kennebunk, and Portland. Just a short drive away. It is our secret oasis away from home.

Nicely updated and steps from the ocean

This property was nicely updated and the bedrooms were huge. The beach was literally steps away. My family enjoyed walking out on the jetty at high tide and the sandbars at low tide. The owners were very nice and the apartment was stocked with some basic supplies which was really nice because we forgot to pack salt, pepper and laundry detergent. We highly recommend this rental and we will be back!

spacious and comfortable condo in a quiet neighborhood on the beach

Well furnished and light filled condo that is upgraded/renovated and well stocked. Tim and Kim made sure our stay was enjoyable, comfortable, and fun. They truly care about their visitors' experience. The second floor actually gives the place more of an advantage with views, it also has a nice porch. The well kept backyard is great to just hang out or have big family meals/gatherings around the gazebo and a large outdoor table with chairs. Tim and Kim can provide bicycles for use around surrounding areas. Very easy to bike along the quaint beach neighborhood. The beach is very quiet and scenic - especially during low tide where one can go out for hundreds of yards out. It's also situated where one side of the beach is on the ocean side, and the other is on the river that flows into the ocean. We had a great experience fishing. All in all a very good place to rent. Fun places to visit: bidderford pools, Kennebunkport and Kennebunk beach, Saco, Portland.
