Work at Kennedy Space Center for 35 plus years, love to off shore fish in Port Canaveral, have two beautiful daughters and a wonderful husband.

Why they chose this property

This condo is close to everything, less than a mile from the Cocoa Beach Pier, walk to Ron Jons famous surf shop, walk to Put Put golf or get an ice cream cone or craft beer, you will love this location, safe and quite. Trolley that will pick you up right next door and take you around for $1.50 runs 6am-11pm Monday-Saturday. Fish on the beach or take a fishing charter out of the port which is minutes away, watch the cruise ship head out or take a cruise on the gambling boat from the port or stroll, shop, eat or fish the Pier which is only 1 mile up the beach and relax and listen to music and have a cold beverage. Visit Kennedy Space center which is 20 minutes away. You won't get bored here.
