About this property

Our 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located right on beautiful Cocoa Beach. You will enjoy ocean views with the beautiful Florida sun spilling into each room. The condo has been completely renovated with all new furniture, countertops, flooring, accessories plus new windows and doors. It is equipped with everything you will need for your stay including beach toys. There is even a parking space just for you. Unfortunately, we can only accommodate one vehicle. Enjoy the condo patio right along the beach, private beach access, an outdoor shower for your use after a day at the beach, and on-site common laundry facilities. Our condo is in a small complex of just 22 units in a quiet neighborhood less than 1 mile north of Cocoa Beach Pier. The complex has two floors, and our unit is located on the second. Come and enjoy everything Cocoa Beach has to offer!

Very clean

This was a very nice condo that was well kept and comfortable. The beach was a quick walk right off the property and lots of things to do close by. I even got to watch the SpaceX launch.

The condo has EVERYTHING stocked you could possibly need! It was clean and in a perfect location! I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Great place on the Beach

We loved our stay here. This is the best equipped rental we have stayed at. The thoughtful extras were so appreviated. We loved the close proximity to the beach for beautiful sunrises and tocket launch viewing.

Paradise

Perfect little piece of paradise. Felt like home. Very clean, well stocked, all you need to bring are your clothes, personal items and food if you want to cook. Host was awesome! Beach steps away. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Just perfect🤗
