Lovely Ocean Views!

Our 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located right on beautiful Cocoa Beach. You will enjoy ocean views with the beautiful Florida sun spilling into each room. The condo has been recently renovated with all new furniture, countertops, flooring, accessories, plus new windows and doors. It is equipped with everything you will need for your stay including beach gear and toys. There is even a parking space just for you. (Note, we can only accommodate one vehicle.) Enjoy the condominium patio right along the beach, private beach access, an outdoor shower for your use after a day at the beach, and on-site common laundry facilities. Our condo is in a small complex of just 22 units in a quiet neighborhood less than 1 mile north of Cocoa Beach Pier. The complex has two floors, and our unit is located on the second. Come and enjoy everything Cocoa Beach has to offer!

The pictures and description are accurate. However, it is what you cannot see online that make this place special. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we have in our own home, including spices, a juicer and small appliances. The mattress in the master was a pleasent upgrade and the seamless checkin-out process confirm this is a property owner who values returning guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this Cocoa Beach condo and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The two-bedroom space was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The owners truly thought of the little things that make travel easier, including a stocked spice cabinet, coffee pods, phone chargers, beach towels, chairs, and more. It was especially appreciated since we flew in and packed light.Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless, and the local guide provided by the hosts was incredibly helpful for restaurants and things to do in the area. It made our time in Cocoa Beach easy, relaxing, and enjoyable from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Right on the beach with all the beach trimmings, beach chairs, umbrella and other gear so you can enjoy the beach...condo is very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen, super clean and in a very quiet area. Plenty of room for four although it was great for me and my wife....we'd definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great Beach Location

This Colorado couple had a great time cramming as much beach time as possible while still being able to enjoy the surrounding area. We were extremely greatful for the beach supplies that made it so convenient and relaxing. The accommodations were perfect for us. The bed was comfortable and the condo was just the right size. This property was even better than the pictures. It was extremely clean, quiet, comfortable, and just steps from Cocoa Beach. The hosts provided everything you could possibly need for a beach stay. It is also walkable to the pier and many restaurants. Definitely would stay again.
