The property is just a few steps away from a small inlet with a rocky beach, ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday by the sea and to explore the nearby areas, such as the well-known cities of Acireale, Catania, Taormina and Syracuse.

The villa consists of four spacious apartments, one of which is occupied by the owners in the summer time and a detached annexe (40sqm).

This apartment (45smq) is located on the ground floor and consists of a kitchen/living room (4 Stove burners type gas, toaster, fridge and freezer), one double bedroom (french bed) plus one single bed, one double bedroom, and one bathroom with shower. It boasts also a terrace (50smq) with a sea view.
