There is a splendid private swimming pool (10,5m x 5,5m; depth 1,40m) equipped with deckchairs, external shower, patio, and external WC. The pergola is equipped with table and chairs, barbecue and wood burning oven.

Entrance is on the ground floor through a hallway: living room with fireplace, double sofa bed, Satellite TV, kitchen (oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer), utility room with washing machine. One bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there are one twin bedroom, one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower.
