Casa Elia is a lovely, modern house located in the Latina area of Italy. The house is close to the sea and offers lovely views of the Gulf of Gaeta and the Pontine Islands. The town of Formia is 1.5 km away with shops, restaurants, and Vindicio beach - famous for windsurfing, kitesurfing, and water sports. Gaeta, with its monuments and the Park of Monte Orlando are just a short drive away, and Rome and Naples can be reached by train in about an hour. A car is recommended to move around the area.

The house (75 sqm) develops over one level (ground floor).

Casa Elia consists of a large living room with a sitting area (with a double sofa bed and TV), a dining area (with table and chairs) and a well-equipped kitchen area, along with a laundry (with washing machine).
