Independent cottage, very quiet at the bottom of a private park and 100 meters from the sea. Two bedrooms, bathroom with walk-in shower, living room with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, microwave oven etc. Outside courtyard with gazebo, barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor living at any time of day. Equipped with TV with satellite decoder and Wi Fi internet.
The house is fresh and air-conditioned only on request. Private internal parking space. It has near all the shops for the first necessities, alimentary, butchery, pizzeria etc. A few kilometers, about 15 km, you reach the thermal baths of Suio very famous for the thermal pools and the healing mud. .

Fantastische vakantie in Scauri

Wij (2 volwassen met 3 kinderen) hebben hier 3 weken een enorm relaxte vakantie gehad! Mooi ruim appartement met balkon, dicht bij het strand en heel veel te doen in de mooie omgeving, Locatie was fijn rustig en in de omgeving voldoende te doen, uitstapje naar Rome en of Napoli is goed te doen en dichterbij is het leuk om naar Gaeta, Sperlonga, Minturno etc etc te gaan. Beatrice was onze vriendelijke gastvrouw, die er voor heeft gezorgd, dat deze vakantie als gezin, heerlijk is verlopen! Al met al een aanrader als je lekker wilt onthaasten en van de vriendelijke zuid Italiaanse mentaliteit wilt genieten!

Vicino al mare

È una casa dotata di tutto il necessario, si trova a 2-3 minuti a piedi dalle spiaggie (sia libere che attrezzate). Avevamo il posto nel cortile per parcheggiare la macchina. La padrona della casa è una persona molto gentile, ci ha proposto di rimanere fino a pomeriggio nel giorno della nostra partenza, visto che gli ospiti successivi dovevano arrivare solo tra qualche giorno. Siamo stati molto bene! Grazie!

Самый прекрасный отдых за последние три года!!!

Большое спасибо за прекрасный отдых. Наша семья двое взрослых и двое детей12 и 3 лет отдыхали в Минтурно в июне месяце. Мы выбрали для проживания шале и не пожалели ни минуты. Удачное расположение, близость к морю, рядышком мясная лавка, киоск с фрутами и овощами, магазинчики, бар, пиццерия оказалось очень удобным и комфортным для безмятежного отдыха. Радушные хозяева все организовали для нашего приятного времяпровождения. Нас встретила хозяйка на станции, тк приехали мы на поезде из Рима. Все нам показала. Дом оснащен всем необходимым. Дали нам три велосипеда. А позднее предложили пользоваться машиной. При малейшем обращении хозяева решали все наши проблемы. В доме было комфортно, не жарко. Есть прекрасная стиральная машина, сушка для белья, утюг, тостерница и многое другое. Очень удобное место для застолий стол на улице и барбекю. Все окружено зеленью, цветущими кустарниками, деревьями. Дети с удовольствием проводили время на улице. Дом находиться рядом с домом хозяев, но его расположение создает ощущение, что он изолирован от других построек. Очень тихий и спокойный уголок. Мы остались очень довольны. С хозяевами расстались большими друзьями. ждем следующего лета.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in Marina di Minturno

Wir (2 Erw. und 3 Kinder) haben das Chalet im August 2014 gemietet und hatten wundervolle Ferien. Das buchen aus Deutschland war kein Problem. Die Vertragsabwicklung mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm und Vorbildlich. Die Fotos im Internet lügen nicht, es ist in echt nur noch viel schöner! Wir hatten einen sehr netten und reibungslosen Empfang. Das Chalet ist gemütliche eingerichtet, Küche mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, alles sauber. Die Nutzung der Terrasse, ob zu den Mahlzeiten oder Ruhepausen werden wir nicht vergessen. Das Einkaufen wirklich unkompliziert, ob Supermarkt, Obsthändler oder Metzger alles befinden sich vor der Haustür. Der Strand, mit einer wunderschönen Strandpromenade, befindet sich nur 5 Gehminuten vom Chalet entfernt. Das Auto haben wir nur für Städtetouren oder Besuch von Sehenswürdigkeiten vom hauseigenen Parkplatz bewegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich. Wenn man Rat braucht, ist immer jemand in der Nähe. Zusammenfassend würde wir sofort wieder einen Urlaub in diesem Chalet oder bei der Familie M. verbringen! Herzlichen Dank an die Familie M. ;-)
