Not sure what’s happening here??

Made a booking which was confirmed but then I received a message saying this property will not accept one night bookings at weekends. I also received no PIN number for access to the property but your company still took the money from my account. I had to find other accommodation when I got there. I will not be using vrbo again.

Sorry for the inconvenience but i knew nothing of this nor have i received any payment from vrbo i will get this resolved with them tomorrow
