OPEN PLAN LIVING ROOM, DINING & KITCHEN AREA

In line with the contemporary preference for open plan living, the apartment features connected spaces for relaxation, food preparation and dining.

The living area features comfortable seating either side of a decorative fireplace. The walls are adorned with art prints, the shelves filled with books, and there's even a hidden surprise - two pull-out single beds for guests 5 and 6 if you need them.

The sitting room effortlessly blends into the kitchen and dining area, with a long dining table that easily seats 8 running parallel to the kitchen island. The whole area benefits from the natural light that floods in via the large windows, skylights and bifold doors that connect you to your garden.

The chef's kitchen is a luxurious space in which to prepare delicious snacks and meals for your group - on those days you choose to eat at the apartment rather than dine out at one of the many restaurants and eateries in the local area. All the cookware, appliances and other essentials you need to self-cater during your stay are here for you. And, of course, there's a coffee maker for all those essential refreshing drinks you need throughout the day!

THE GARDEN

A central London apartment with a garden? That's exactly what you get here, one of the big benefits of this ground floor property. And what a gorgeously green and brilliantly landscaped space it is, full of natural beauty to enjoy and quiet, cosy spaces in which to sit and unwind, perhaps with a book in hand.

THE 2 BEDROOMS

The master bedroom features a kingsize bed set in a room with panelled walls, an armchair, and a desk and chair that's ideal for remote working (the whole apartment is served by fast Wifi). The room has an ensuite with a large shower, plus WC and wash basin, so you won't have far to go to freshen up when you wake every morning.

The second bedroom is next to the master with more trademark panelling on the walls, plus a double bed and freestanding wardrobe in which to store your clothing.

THE 2 BATHROOMS

As well as the ensuite in the master bedroom, there is a family bathroom with a beautiful and inviting rolltop bath with handheld shower attachment, along with a wash basin and WC. Quality towels will be provided for all guests.

THE LAUNDRY

No matter how long you're planning to stay, the washer and dryer are sure to be appreciated, with the compact laundry room accessed from the living area and giving you direct access to the wonderful garden.

THE LOCAL AREA

This magnificent apartment is situated in an enviable central London location, opposite the gloriously green Bloomsbury Square Gardens.

A quick glance at a map will show you just how central you'll be, meaning there's plenty to enjoy right on your doorstep. Only a few metres along the street from the apartment is Pied Bull Yard, home to quiet and quaint places to sit and eat and drink, as well as boutique shops to browse including book and art stores. You also have a popular tenpin bowling alley at the other end of the street. And all around are some of London's most popular attractions, including:

The British Museum

Just 2 minutes from your front door, this is one of London's premier attractions and not to be missed.

Shopping

It's just a short walk to Oxford Circus, London's busiest shopping area, and High Holborn, Bond Street and Regent Street are close by too.

Theatreland

If you've book seats at a show, you'll find the apartment is handily located to make reaching all of central London's theatres quick and easy, either on foot, by bus or by cab. The only problem you're likely to have is choosing which show to see first!

GETTING AROUND

You have options aplenty when it comes to exploring London. Being in such a central location, so many attractions and places of interest are walkable from the apartment.



But if you're planning to drive, don't go thinking there'll be nowhere to leave your car. The property is located above an NCP car park where you can also find electric car charging points.



If you prefer to use public transport, numerous buses serve the local area, as do taxis. Holborn is the nearest London Underground station, a pleasant 5 minute walk away. The quickest way to get to the station on foot is to cut through the stunning Sicilian Avenue and enjoy the Italian style restaurants and boutiques.



Holborn station is on the Piccadilly and Central Lines which will take you direct to places like Knightsbridge (for Harrods and Harvey Nichols), Bond Street, Covent Garden, and King's Cross St Pancras for Eurostar services.



The tube stations at Russell Square, Covent Garden and Piccadilly are also easy to reach from the apartment. And you can always hire an Uber to get someone else to drive you to wherever you want to go.
