HOUSE NEAR BEACH WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEW

Holiday home located in a small stone residence with beautiful sea views, consisting of: large kitchen/living room (in which there is a sofa bed which, if desired, increases the number of beds from 5 to 6), a double bedroom, a triple bedroom (with 1 single bed + 1 bunk bed), internal bathroom, closed external bathroom complete with everything, panoramic front terrace with outdoor dining table and sofas, independent and private garden perfectly fenced; Car entrance, parking and brick barbecue in the common area still inside the property which then leads to the private area via a pedestrian gate.

The house is equipped with new mosquito nets in all windows, WI-FI, TV, AIR CONDITIONING, fans, oven, microwave oven, kitchen utensils with everything you need, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc.

The area enjoys both excellent sea views and views of the mountains, the Nuraghe and the Saracen Tower; it is surrounded by greenery and very quiet, ideal for those who want a little relaxation.

*the house is located in the Marina di Tertenia (locality Sarrala) in the area "FOXI LIONI"
*the nearest main beach is "FOXI MURDEGU"

Auto erforderlich, Parkplatz vor der Wohnung. Strand nicht in fußmarschnähe, aber der nächste schöne Strand innerhalb 5min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Absolut superschöne Wohnung. Terrasse absolut genial (mit Vorhängen) und schönem Meerblick. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Im Juni trotz "Dachgeschosswohnung" termperaturmäßig sehr gut. Ventilator, Waschmaschiene, Gaskochfeld, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle in einwandfreiem Zustand vorhanden. Bettwäsche und Klimaanlage werden, wie in der Beschreibung der Wohnung, separat berechnet.
