- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- The fireplace in this home is ornamental.
- This home accepts babies, toddlers and children but does not accept pets.
- This home is on the third floor with elevator access however there are a few steps up to the communal door from street-level.
- There is a step up into the master ensuite.
- Please note this property requires full payment for the stay prior to check-in, guests will receive a message from the property with a secure payment link after booking. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, we will check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
