The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table. The area has a warm ambience and features an oversized window that lets in a lot of natural sunlight, brightening the space and making it even more inviting. It also has access to a private backyard.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, and microwave, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.
Three bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed and wardrobe; some have a working desk, and the last bedroom has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The Sudbury Tube station is just a 2-minute walk from the house and has direct trains to Major stations in Central London. So, it offers superb connectivity to Central London, and travelling around is super convenient. Also, a bus stand is just outside the house, which makes it super convenient to travel around by Bus. Also, the driveway has space to park two large cars easily. Also, the backyard is accessible, and people can enjoy sitting out in the garden.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

The room on the 1st floor is locked and it is not available for guests. The bathrooms are on the ground floor and 2nd floor only.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
