A private driveway gives us access to the villa, and a large parking space for three or four cars welcomes us to the house. A barrier accesses the private area of the house, where multiple outdoor areas are available for your enjoyment during your vacation. Relax by the sparkling pool, surrounded by luxurious sun loungers and a four-poster Balinese bed, whilst enjoying the mesmerising views of the Mallorcan countryside and the sparkling sea in the distance. A large rear terrace with a barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining, completes the property's outdoor area. On this terrace we can find a tennis table perfect for friendly family tournaments.
The interior of the villa features a welcoming hall and stairs leading to the upper floor. The well-appointed interior perfectly combines modern comforts with traditional Mallorcan charm. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, ideal for families with small children. Four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms occupy the upper floor. Two of these bedrooms can be closed off to create a self-contained two-bedroom apartment with its own access from the rear terrace.
