Next to the villa is the exclusive BULGARI equestrian center with a polo field and riding for adults and children. The splendid golf club with 18-holes and clubhouse is about a 5 minute drive away.

Distances: Gualdo shopping center with restaurants, banks, post office, supermarkets, pharmacies and medical clinic is about 800 m from the villa, Castiglione della Pescaia 16 km, Follonica 16 km, Piombino 46 km (ferries for Elba Island), Talamone 70 km, Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole 85 km, Rome airport 215 km, Pisa 135 km.

The harbor area with additional shops and boat rental is about a 5 minute drive.
The seaside and beaches, both with and without facilities, restaurants and amenities, are just a 400 meter walk from the villa.
