Welcome to our contemporary haven on 119 Rue Adolphe Fischer. This studio for two offers a thoughtful layout and modern amenities to enhance your stay.

- Living Area: The living area is elegantly designed, featuring a comfortable sofa strategically placed in front of the smart TV. With ample lighting and stylish wooden decor, it's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy your favorite shows.
- Kitchen: Our well-equipped kitchen is a culinary haven. You'll find a dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, and kettle at your disposal. Prepare delicious meals and savor them at the dining table for two.
- Bedroom: The king-size bed promises a restful night's sleep. Crisp linens and cozy bedding ensure your comfort. Wake up refreshed and ready to explore the city.
- Bathroom: Convenience is key in our studio. The bathroom houses a washer and dryer, a hairdryer, and other essentials. Freshen up and head out for a day of adventure.
- Work & Relaxation: For those mixing business with pleasure, we provide a dedicated working desk. Iron and ironing board are available to keep you looking sharp. And when it's time to relax, room darkening shades ensure a peaceful ambiance.
- Heating & Comfort: Stay cozy with central heating throughout the studio. You'll always be comfortable, no matter the season.
- Location: Our studio's prime location offers easy access to international cuisine, sightseeing, shopping, and outdoor activities. Public and private transport options are abundant, making it a breeze to explore nearby attractions. Place des Martyrs, Galerie d'Art Contemporain Am Tunnel, and more are just a short walk away.
- Included Amenities: Enjoy the convenience of a dishwasher, dryer, elevator, heating, iron, refrigerator, stove, TV, washer, and more. We provide bed linens, towels, and essential toiletries. Guest Access:
Our check-in is contactless. We will send you a link to the online check-in. After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you’ll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment. The Neighborhood:
Enjoy international cuisines, sightseeing, shopping, and outdoor activities during your stay, all accessible by public and private transport facilities available in and around your vicinity.
Place des Martyrs, Luxembourg, Galerie d'Art Contemporain Am Tunnel, Place de la Constitution, Musée de la Banque, Plateau Bourbon, Adolphe Bridge, Monument of Remembrance all are at walking distance of 5-20 min.

Getting Around:
The apartment is 35 km|21 miles or about a 14-min drive from the Airport (LUX) or a few bus stops stop. There are other means of transportation like the Luxtram tram line, Webtaxi, or use the FREE public transport in Luxembourg. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!

Other Things to Note:
Smart TV, bed linens & bath towels are all provided free for guests during your stay.
Long-term stays are welcomed in the apartment for the remote worker or business traveller.

1. Respect the Neighbors: Parties/events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are prohibited. No loud music after 10 pm.

2. Guest Limit: Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed.

3. No Smoking: Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. A 300€ penalty will apply for non-compliance.

4. Residential Use Only: The Unit is for private, single-family residential use only. No business, profession, or trade activities are allowed.

5. Check-In/Check-Out: Adhere to designated check-in and check-out times. A fee of 50€ per hour will apply for late check-out.

6. Furniture and Structures: Do not move furniture or set up tents/structures. A 300€ cleaning fee will apply for any stains or damage. The
cost of any taken or damaged items will be charged to your account.

7. Liability: We cannot assume liability for issues managed by third-party entities.

8. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for covering damages or necessary extra cleaning charges after their stay.

9. Departure: Turn off the heating, leave the keys in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and ensure the dishwasher is empty to avoid a 200€ cleaning fee.

10. ID Requirement: Provide a government ID during the online check-in process.

11. Compliance: Adherence to all house rules is crucial. Non-compliance may result in cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the lockbox to obtain the keys. Access code to the lockbox to retrieve your keys will be sent on the day of your check-in few hours before your arrival time.
