- Parking: Your stay includes one complimentary outdoor parking space at the building, with additional street parking available for a fee.
Guest Access:
Our check-in is contactless. We will send you a link to the online check-in. After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you’ll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment. Please, make sure you check the “Check-in” section and watch the video we made for you!
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in Luxembourg's City Center, the southwestern part in a beautiful up-and-coming tourist destination where you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the number of unique sites to explore there. It’s a peaceful area near Parc de Merl and you’ll find easy public transport options to Luxembourg city center, about a 20-min journey by train.
Getting Around:
It’s about 15 km | 6 mi (a 12-15 minute drive) or about an 27-minutes by bus and walking to/from the LUX International Airport. The bus station are a 5-minutes walk away. There are other means of transportation like the bus, Luxtram tram line, Webtaxi, or you can pre-arrange your airport transfer by Towncar. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!
Other Things to Note:
- Smart TV, bed linens & bath towels are all provided free for guests during your stay.
- Long-term stays are welcomed in the apartment for the remote worker or business traveller.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 18 years of age to book.
- Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 300€ penalty.
- It is imperative that guests adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 10€ per hour.
- Please be respectful of the neighbours: Parties/events, illegal activity, and excessive noise are prohibited. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm.
- Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Moving furniture or setting up tents/other structures are not allowed.
- We prioritize ensuring our operations are running smoothly, and are doing our best to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service therefore, we are unable to assume liability when there are issues provided and managed by a third-party entity.
- You agree to cover any charge related to damages during their stay or cover necessary extra cleaning charges if needed after your stay.
- You are required to provide a government ID during the online check-in process.
- Parties are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in immediate removal from the premises and a penalty of 500 euros. Please maintain a quiet environment out of respect for our community.
Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the lockbox to obtain the keys. Access code to the lockbox to retrieve your keys will be sent on the day of your check-in few hours before your arrival time.
