The flat is completely renovated. It consists of 3 lockable rooms, a separate equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a toilet and a balcony. It can comfortably accommodate 5 people. There is Wifi and a workspace in each room.
Excellent location on the main street from where you can quickly get to different parts of the city. Next to the building, there is a large sports complex, a Water Park, and a Fun Park for kids, and in the area, there are restaurants, shops, and parks.
The flat is 67 m2 in size. Two bedrooms have pull-out sofa beds of 140 x 30 cm, and the third bedroom has a single bed. There are wardrobes and desks in each room.
The kitchen is equipped with new appliances: cooker with oven, fridge, electric kettle, fruit squeezer, cutlery, pots, plates etc. There is a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, and a separate toilet. Towels, bed linen and free toiletries are provided in the flat.
