Lovely 3BR home with 2 private Balcony & Sofa Bed

Welcome Travellers to our spacious 3 bedroom located in the north side of Malta!

With a capacity of sleeping 7 in complete comfort, our home offers complete comfort by enjoying 2 private balconies, where you can relax and unwind after long days.

Also included is a well-equipped kitchen, large living space and two bathrooms for your comfort. Sofa bed is also available for an extra guest.

This is perfect for both short and long term rentals with WIFI & AC included for the stay.

Living area| This space is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring comfortable seating arrangements and a dining area that seamlessly integrates with the kitchen, offering ample natural light.

Sofa is converted into a sofa bed, expanding sleeping capacity for another extra guest.

Private Balcony | The retreat features two private balconies. The front balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture, offering the perfect setting to enjoy meals or unwind while admiring open view of the area. The rear balcony, accessible from one of the main bedrooms, provides a more private outdoor space, allowing for a peaceful escape.

Kitchen| A fully equipped kitchen that blends functionality with modern design. It is connected to the indoor dining area, allowing for an enjoyable cooking experience.

Bedrooms| 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom having an ensuite and also a private balcony , the other also includes a double bed and the last bedroom has 2 single beds. For over and above 6 guests, a sofa bed is available, offering ample space and comfort for a restful night's sleep.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms, one is accessible from the living space and the other ensuite. The ensuite includes a bathtub while the other a shower.

Please note: Although I do accept booking of 6 people, over and above 6 people which best suites the apartment, folding beds will be provided and settled up in rooms with linens and all necessary requirements.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
