This apartment was really nice—2 nice bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms. Plenty of clothes storage. Perfect for 2 couples traveling together. The location is fabulous—right across the street from the Maria Cristina Hotel. The terrace is comfortable with lovely views. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to dine in, but know that it is not stocked with any staples. The Feel Free property managers are prompt responding to communications. I do have three suggestions. It would be nice if there were at least some starter coffee supplies like a few coffee pods, a carton of milk, and some sugar so you don’t have to go out as soon as you arrive to get your coffee supplies for the first morning. Some instructions for the washing machine would be very helpful. (The manual in the electronic link was no help as it didn’t really match the control panel on the machine in the apartment.) And the check-in instructions could be clearer for those of us who aren’t used to living in a digital world. I had trouble interpreting the checkin instructions for getting into the building which caused some anxiety before our arrival. Once it was explained to me it all worked as described, but the instructions were not clear to me until I received the communication from Feel Free. We had a great stay here and if I come back to San Sebastian I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Eki Terrace again. It was a great apartment.
