A gloriously sunny 4th-floor penthouse (with lift), in the heart of Sestriere, this apartment sleeps 6 people. It makes a fantastic alpine base for a family or friends at any time of year.

Guests will love the spacious, open-plan living area, which has two large French windows, leading out onto the private balcony with magnificent mountain views. The room has attractive wooden floors and warm, colourful walls. It is furnished with a corner sofa and a flat-screen TV. The dining area, with a table for 6 people, is up 2 steps. Adjacent to this is a partially separated kitchen, cut off from the dining room by a half-wall. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed, a dressing table and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The second, bright bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, a desk and a wardrobe. Glass doors lead out onto the private balcony.

The spacious, light bathroom has a shower, basin, bidet and WC

Location
The apartment is in a smart, contemporary apartment block, in the centre of the resort of Sestriere, close to the ski lifts and shuttle bus. In the winter months, the slopes suit skiers and snowboarders of all levels. There is cross-country skiing, heli-skiing, ice skating, motor sledging, dog sledging and snowshoeing.

Summer visitors can go hiking in through forests and alpine meadows. There are numerous tracks for mountain biking at all levels, as well as tennis, golf and swimming. The area also hosts many festivals and events for all ages, including environmental initiatives and cultural evenings.

There are many great restaurants and bars in Sestriere, which will suit all tastes and budgets in the area. For self-catering, Sestriere has supermarkets and smaller shops selling local specialities.

Turin airport is a 1 hour and 30 minute drive from the apartment.
