This recently renovated apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay in the popular Kent seaside town of Folkestone! It's walking distance from the beach, the Harbour arm, the Town Centre and the world famous multi-storey skate park!
The space
This is a lovely light, airy, spacious two bedroom, split-level apartment. The bedrooms are particularly large, with one featuring a king sized bed, both with super comfy mattresses!

There is also a small double sofa bed in the large lounge if you have extra guests. We also provide an additional travel cot if you are travelling with a baby, however you will need to bring your own linen for the cot (all linen is provided for all other beds and sofa bed).

The apartment's gem has to be the decked balcony - a gorgeous sun trap, to the rear of the property - the perfect place to settle with a book or the paper on a sunny day!

Upon entry to the property, through the large original front door, there is an internal flight of stairs that leads to the terrace to the rear of the property. One more short set of stairs takes you to the kitchen, featuring everything you need for your self-catering stay, including microwave, kettle, toaster, hob, oven, fridge with freezer section and washing machine.

You'll also find a large lounge, with a gorgeous teal sofa and pink armchair and a large TV with now TV installed. There is a second sofa which transforms, when needed, into a comfy small double sofa bed.

There is also a separate cloakroom on this floor with toilet.

Up the stairs are the two large bedrooms and family bathroom with both a shower and a bath. The top floor in particular has an abundance of natural light during the day with large windows, all fitted with blinds.
