Let down on this booking on day of arrival when after contacting the host they advised that this property is no longer listed on Vrbo or Expedia so had to book a hotel through a different company at a higher cost or would’ve been stranded in Manchester with no accommodation. Very poor situation for 2 - 18 year olds to be in. Now awaiting a refund which is not forthcoming so will be looking at a chargeback for this Shocking way to treat customers
