Spacious flat situated on the ground floor of a newly refurbished detached house which is located in Guizza, the southest area of the city; this flat can offer an ideal stay for who wants to benefit from having the amenities and the trasports of a city without renouncing the quietness of a village.

The flat is far just 5 minutes walking distance from the tram stop "Cuoco", from which you can reach in few minutes the town centre, the train station and the most famous sites to visit.

The flat, which benefits from having a three-step indipendent access, a communal courtyard with artificial grass and a private parking, comprises of:

- open plan living room/kitchen equipped with dining table and chairs, two sofas and a smart TV.

- Fully fitted kitched equipped with fridge/freezer, hobs, oven and dishwasher.

- wide corridor leading to the bedrooms.

- master bedroom equipped with a double bed, a big wardrobe, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers.

- double bedroom equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe and two bedside tables.

- First bathroom equipped with WC, shower, basin, bidet and washing machine.

- Second bathroom equipped with WC, shower, basin and bidet.

Please note that the property does not provide any reception service; please arrange the time of your arrival with our booking department in the time slot 15:00-19:00.

Moderne große, ruhige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in grüner Vorstadtlage. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Mit hoher Frequenz fahrende Tram gewährleistet guten und schnellen Anschluss an das Zentrum Paduas. Die Wohnung selbst für zwei Personen fast schon luxuriös.
