Nestled in the picturesque village of Easington in County Durham, The Hayloft is a delightful and welcoming holiday home. Sleeping up to four guests, this charming property is perfect for romantic getaways and family retreats. The property also welcomes two well behaved dog so your furry friends can join your stay in the North East. Surrounded by stunning countryside, The Hayloft is the ideal place to relax and recharge.

The Space:
The Hayloft is a comfortable and homely base when exploring County Durham. A home from home, this cosy property has everything you could need to enjoy a self-catering stay. You’ll have full access to the property which includes an open plan living, kitchen and dining room, and two ensuite bedrooms.

Upon entering the property and heading up the stairs, you’ll be welcomed into the living room. This spacious area features two sofas and a flat screen Smart TV. The perfect spot to unwind after a busy day, you can lay on the sofas and get lost in a good book or turn on the TV to keep up with your favourite shows.

Shaker in style, the kitchen features white cabinets and smooth wooden worktops. Amenities include an oven, hob, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher for your convenience.

Also sharing this space is the dining area which features a wooden dining table and four matching chairs.

Either side of the living room, you’ll find the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms boast comfy beds and storage space for your belongings. In the master bedroom, you’ll find a king size bed, while the second bedroom is ideal for children and teenagers as it boasts twin single beds.

Modern in style, the ensuite bathrooms both boasts wash basins and WCs. The master ensuite has a bathtub with handheld shower, meanwhile the twin ensuite has a walk-in shower.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to The Hayloft are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay.

On-site parking is available for up to two vehicles.

A maximum of two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at The Hayloft per reservation.

A number of bus routes can be found running through Easington. Hop on the 22 to visit Durham and Sunderland, take a trip on the 23 to see the sights of Hartlepool, or travel on the X1 to enjoy Newcastle.

Both Newcastle International and Teesside International Airports are within 30 miles of Easington.
