Two reserved garage spaces are included. Shared amenities include a ski storage room with boot warmers and two EV charging stations.

Beginners’ slopes are only 300 meters away, with a free ski bus connecting to 270 km of pistes. In summer, the area offers hiking, mountain biking, and the downhill World Cup track in Leogang. Families can enjoy the Käpt’n Hook adventure pool in Saalbach or visit Lake Zell, just 20 minutes away.
