This charming villa in La Romola offers a welcoming retreat for families or groups. The ground floor includes a spacious kitchen with modern appliances (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, boiling-water tap), a cozy living/dining room with fireplace and satellite TV, and a full bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom and two kids’ rooms, plus another bathroom. A separate laundry room with washer and ironing facilities adds convenience. Outside, enjoy an 800 m² private garden, a roofed terrace (15 m²), a shared charcoal barbecue, and a 14×7 m pool (open May–October), along with play equipment and games. Free Wi-Fi, parking, and pet-friendly.

The layout is perfect for shared meals, both indoors and outdoors, with the garden and pool offering plenty of space to relax and play. Kids stay entertained while adults enjoy barbecue evenings or lounging on the terrace. With two bathrooms and ample bedding, the villa provides flexibility for all.

Set in the scenic Chianti hills, just 10 km from Florence, the villa offers easy access to Cerbaia’s tennis courts (2 km), a golf course (7 km), and top wineries like Antinori. Nearby San Casciano charms with its medieval center, Romanesque churches, cafés, and trattorie.

The Truffle Festival takes place on the last weekend of October every year.

A security deposit of EUR 70,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
