Ideal for families! Pennabilli is a charming medieval village in the Marche. It offers beautiful views of the surrounding hills and the Apennines. The village has a rich history, which is still reflected in the many historic buildings and monuments, such as the castle of Pennabilli and the church of San Giovanni Battista. The center is home to cozy restaurants, cafes and shops that you can reach through the characteristic narrow streets. Pennabilli is also known for its cultural activities and events, such as the International Festival of Street Arts, which takes place every August. After an exciting day you return to this cozy residence. Use the well-equipped kitchen to prepare a meal of your choice and relax completely in a nice garden. The holiday home has parking for the car. Optional Utilities & Service Package An optional utilities and service package of EUR 40,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it. This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay. Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
