This is an amazing home: very clean, comfortable, and perfect for a little getaway. Great location with amazing scenery, views, and peaceful surroundings. Loved sitting on the dock in the evenings and doing lots of bird watching. Look forward to staying here again!

The Smarts are very nice people. Their home was comfortable, inviting and clean. Everything we needed was provided. They are quick to respond to messages, and just the friendliest people. We truly enjoyed our weekend getaway staying here. We were fairly central to downtown for entertainment and every night there was wildlife in the yard.

The home is in a spectacular location with beautiful private gardens and its own dock on the lake equipped with a swinging bench, Adirondack chair and two kayaks. If sitting outside is your thing, there is the verandah and hot tub, a perfect spot in the gardens overlooking the lake, or the dock over the water from where you can swim if it gets too hot.The house itself is well equipped and the tv has access to all Roku channels. WiFi isn’t fast, but adequate for most uses including tv streaming.It’s near to the spa town of Hot Springs and an hour’s drive or so from Little Rock. If you haven’t visited Arkansas before, this is the perfect location to base yourself. It’s stunningly beautiful.

This was the absolute perfect couples getaway home. Extremely clean, comfy and cozy. The extras in the little details provided by the host were wonderful. Larger toiletries, paper towels, dishwasher tabs and liquid detergent for washing by hand, real hand soap, books, kayaks, and so much more. There is a swing on the dock, where we enjoyed morning coffee. Don’t hesitate, you won’t regret booking this place.

This is a very nice place stay very clean privacy is great hot tube on back deck overlooking the lake. Very nice walk way leading to the boat dock even has couple kayak to use. Kitchen has everything you may need if you wanted to cook. Highly recommend for a week getaway

Quiet and located in peaceful surroundings. About a 20-minute drive to Hot Springs downtown area where restaurants, bars, and other activities are available. We were there for the St. Patrick's Day festivities, and had a great time. Hosts are very nice and responsive.
