A bathroom with a bathtub (with shower option) and a separate toilet complete this level. Upstairs, the 5th floor boasts a bright open kitchen and a charming dining area, ideal for shared meals. Two sun-facing roof terraces provide ample space to unwind and soak up the sea breeze. The apartment includes two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds—making it ideal for families or small groups. Conveniently located near shops, the tram stop, and the seafront, the apartment also includes WiFi and a private garage. Please note: access to the 5th floor requires climbing 16 stairs from the elevator landing on the 4th floor. Sheets and towels are not provided, so be sure to bring your own for a carefree stay.
