Excellent location! Front line beach 2 bedroom 1 bathroom reformed apartment on the sixth floor of the edifice Ronda 4. The property faces one of the best beaches of Southern Spain, 90 Meters wide clean golden sand dotted with excellent Chiringuitos (Beach Restaurants) offering a wide selection of fresh fish dishes, among others. From the surf, a long sandbank under the water makes swimming safe for children and the inexperienced. The Community Ronda 4 features a large swimming pool, OPEN IN SUMMER with a lifeguard. The Paseo Maritimo and the village of Los Boliches offer a large selection of eateries shopping and easy transport to the airport of Málaga, Fuengirola and many other destinations.

It is completely modernised, with a roomy lounge and open kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, convection oven and microwave. There is a smart TV and internet access. Available for weekly or more rentals. Sleeps four guests comfortably in 2 double beds.
