Excellent location! Front line beach 2 bedroom 1 bathroom reformed apartment on the sixth floor of the edifice Ronda 4. The property faces one of the best beaches of Southern Spain, 90 Meters wide clean golden sand dotted with excellent Chiringuitos (Beach Restaurants) offering a wide selection of fresh fish dishes, among others. From the surf, a long sandbank under the water makes swimming safe for children and the inexperienced. The Community Ronda 4 features a large swimming pool, OPEN IN SUMMER with a lifeguard. The Paseo Maritimo and the village of Los Boliches offer a large selection of eateries shopping and easy transport to the airport of Málaga, Fuengirola and many other destinations. 

The apartment is situated on the 6th floor and has full sea views. It is completely modernised, with a roomy lounge and open kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, convection oven and microwave. There is a smart TV and internet access. The lounge and both bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning. The bathroom has a washing machine. Smaller equipment included are a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and smoke detectors. Available for weekly or more rentals. Sleeps four guests comfortably in 2 double beds.

Cosy frontline property with large pool and parking

Recently renovated flat with a parking space in a building with a large pool. Flat is directly overlooking beach offering great views from the 6th floor. All rooms have A/C and there is a dishwasher. Balcony is not hige but is nice although it does not have shades. It is close to the central part of town and surrounded by all kinds of amenities. Excellent value for a family of 4.

Amazing place

My family and I spent a wonderful week in this location. The apartment is newly renovated and equipped with all what you need. The location is just perfect, Sea front and near everything (Restaurants, Grocery, transportation..etc). the view is amazing day and night. there is a pool in the building and Parking is included. We are very grateful to Dirk, our Host; Very nice person answering all our questions and giving us useful information. He was available before, during and after our trip. Thanks !!!

Fabulous apartment , great views and a lovely stay

This was our 4th visit to Los Boliches but our 1st stay in Dirks apartment. We know the area well so knew exactly where it was located & it was perfect , the views are full sea views, the apartment was modern , spacious and bright. Comfy beds, great shower, everything you needed for a fabulous stay. Quiet building , no noise and use of the pool if needed. The only thing we really missed was a small patio table and chairs set on the balcony so we could eat outside if we wanted to , but maybe that can be added at some point . There is however a small 2 seater , but a table and chairs set would be a great addition & possibly more bathroom towels if staying for more than a week. Dirk met us at the apartment with the keys and to show us around and was very welcoming and friendly, we had a wonderful stay and didn’t want to leave .
