The property is located in an agricultural area (production of wine and olive oil) in the hills a few kilometres from the historic centre of Lucca. In a wonderful panoramic location, close to the main house, this apartment is bright & sunny, furnished in a traditional Tuscan style, with original beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, and all the comforts provided.

Enter through external stairs directly into the living room, which has satellite tv and a sofa bed (for a child under 12 years), a fully equipped kitchen area (oven with a gas stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine), 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with French double-bed, both bedrooms are bright and sunny. 1 bathroom with shower.
Outside, in the garden, there is a shaded terrace, a shared swimming pool of 6 x 12 meters and 1.50 meters depth, with the most wonderful panoramic view. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
