A charming and bright apartment with kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms has been created in the annex of the property.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, and all accessories.
Outside there is a dining and relaxation area in the shade of large trees. Guests can enjoy the large swimming pool (7X14) with umbrellas and sunbeds available.
The house is located in a convenient position to reach the great beaches of the Tuscan coast and the cities of Pisa, Lucca and Viareggio in a few minutes. In the nearby Torre del Lago Puccini it is possible to watch the performances of the famous master's works in the open-air theatre. For nature lovers it is possible to go for walks and visits to the nearby Lake Massaciuccoli, go cycling or horse riding.

Wonderful stay near Lucca and the coast

We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful house and enjoyed every moment. We are two families including 3 teenage boys, the house is very big so that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. As usual in July, the weather was very hot so we were glad that the bedrooms have a/c. In addition, all windows in the bedrooms had very good fly screens so we didn’t have to worry about mosquitos. We have only one tiny little suggestion for improvement: We could have used 1 bigger pot to cook our spaghettis, we had to work with 2 small ones so it just took longer to have dinner ready for 7 people. The pool was fantastic, the view up there is really great. There are sufficient sun beds for everyone and even a fridge is available for cold drinks. The location is ideal, between Lucca and the coast. We went to see Lucca (20 minutes), Pisa (25 minutes), Livorno (40 minutes), Florence (70 minutes) and San Gimignano (90 minutes), Beaches at Viarregio are also just 30 minutes away, so there is a lot to do if you want to. Good choice of restaurants near by. A big thank you to Roberta and Narciso who made us feel very welcome and are wonderful hosts, together with their 2 dogs that must surely be the best good boys in Italy. We had a fantastic holiday and would love to come back one day.

Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Wir haben allen den Urlaub genossen. Roberta war super nett und ist eine sehr gute Vermieterin. Der Pool ist wirklich groß und wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Danke für die tolle Zeit. Viele Grüße Tobiaa

Très belle maison bien agencé ; très confortable 5 chambre 5 SDB ! Grande piscine avec une très belle vue! Proprietaire super sympa et disponible. Parfait!

Geweldig huis op prachtige locatie

In 1 woord: geweldig! Een huis met 5 slaapkamers en 5 badkamers. Alles even netjes en schoon. Het zwembad was heel groot en superfijn. Tafeltennis en tafelvoetbal dus ook voor de grote kids 18+ echt wat te doen. 2 keukens en in alle kamers airco. De gast vrouw en heer waren erg aardig, ze wonen op hetzelfde terrein in een ander huis. En staan altijd voor je klaar. Het enige minpunt dat ik me kan bedenken is dat er erg veel wespen waren bij het zwembad maar het leek wel of deze niet wiplen steken. Niemand is gestoken. Oh ja er zouden wat meer bakjes mogen zijn voor bv. Joghurt ofzo. Maar echt in alle opzichten een top huis!
