We were very impressed with the ease of communication with the Owner. Lovely new apartment, plenty of room, very comfortable, close to the beach and other amenities. We will definitely stay here again.

We spent a month at this apartment and overall enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, right by the beach, with easy parking nearby, and it was particularly convenient that the property is dog-friendly. The large patio was also a real highlight, especially for enjoying the beautiful sunsets.Hugo was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. When we had an issue with the oven and coffee machine, he arranged for both to be fixed very quickly, which we appreciated.There are, however, a few areas that really need improvement, particularly for a property marketed as a family-friendly apartment. A dishwasher is essential for a family staying for an extended period, and the lack of one was a significant inconvenience. The TV is extremely outdated, with no smart TV functionality or cable service. The broadband was provided via a dongle and barely managed a 5G connection, which made internet access unreliable. For a modern family apartment, good Wi-Fi and a decent smart TV should really be considered essential rather than optional.We also found it quite surprising that no cleaning service was offered at all during a one-month stay. Even a mid-stay clean or the option to pay for one would have made a significant difference.In summary, the apartment has a fantastic location, great space, a lovely patio and excellent potential. With some investment in the basic modern amenities and better provision for longer family stays, it could be an excellent property.

In den ganzen zwei Wochen wah in den unteren Stock eine Baustelle.. Es wurde gehämmert, gebohrt ect. Nach mehreren Telefon anrufen und Telefon Gespräch wurde Nix unternommen von den Gastgeber Higo.
