Please don’t hesitate to contact us for more information or to book your stay.<br><br>We’ll be happy to help you in any way we can.<br><br>THE SPACE<br><br>Apartment features:<br><br>- Fully equipped kitchenette with induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator so you can prepare your favourite meals during your stay.<br><br>- Air conditioning to ensure a comfortable temperature even on the hottest days.<br><br>- Washer-dryer available for your convenience and to help you travel light.<br><br>- Nespresso machine to enjoy a delicious Italian coffee as soon as you wake up.<br><br>- Free Wi-Fi to stay connected and access all the information you need.<br><br>- Comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or work (which can also be used as a bed for a child if needed).<br><br>- Private balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal outdoors.<br><br>- Bathroom with a window and a shower to start your day with a pleasant, refreshing shower.<br><br>Three days before your arrival, you’ll be sent a link to register your documents (required by law).<br><br>As soon as registration is complete, you’ll receive a second link, complete with a video and instructions, so you can access the apartment completely on your own via self-check-in.<br><br>We recommend that you watch the video before arriving at the property.<br><br>Requests are always required for stays longer than 30 days. If your request is approved, you will need to sign a contract, provide documentation proving the temporary nature of your stay, and have an Italian tax ID number.<br><br>We can also arrange in-person check-ins, provided arrangements are made at least one day in advance.<br><br>In-person check-ins cost 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 2:00 a.m. Self-check-ins, including late check-ins, are always free.<br><br>During your stay, we’ll always be available to assist you with any requests, recommendations, or information about your stay in Milan.<br><br>Please note that since this is an apartment and not a hotel, if you’re checking in person, you’ll need to make arrangements regarding the time.
